1. What fabrics do you offer in your sarees?

We offer a wide range of premium fabrics, including cotton, tissue, linen, linen tissue, khadi, khadi cotton and handcrafted artisanal weaves.

2. Are the colors shown in the pictures accurate?

We try our best to display the true colors, but slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, and photography conditions.

3. Is the blouse piece included with the saree?

Most sarees come with an attached blouse piece. If not, it will be clearly mentioned in the product description.

4. Do you provide customized blouse stitching?

No, we don’t offer custom blouse stitching as if now but we do have this in the pipeline in the future.

6. How do I place an order?

Simply select your favorite saree, add it to the cart, fill in your details, and complete payment through our secure checkout system.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit, net banking, digital wallets, and cash on delivery (if available in your location).

9. How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery usually takes: 10-15 working days but we try that your order reach your door step as soon as possible.

10. What is your return or exchange policy?

The return policy has been mentioned with the products.

11. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

COD is available for select PIN codes. Please check availability at checkout.

12. Do you offer bulk or wedding orders?

Yes, we handle bulk gifting, bridal trousseau, and custom wedding orders with exclusive discounts.
